1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Network Membership subscriptions. If you’re not satisfied with our service, request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
2. Marketplace Purchases
Individual marketplace purchases (guest posts, contextual links, niche edits) are refundable if:
- The placement does not meet specified metrics (DA, DR, traffic)
- The link is removed within 90 days of placement
- The content quality does not meet our standards
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- After content has been published and link is live for more than 14 days
- If you violate our Terms of Service
- After your refund period has expired
- For custom or discounted orders (unless otherwise agreed)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@positivebacklink.com with your order number
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Allow 3-5 business days for processing
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
6. Partial Refunds
For Network Memberships, partial refunds may be offered for remaining months of service on a pro-rated basis.
7. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in suspension of service.
